The 5 Pillars to cLean Life Fitness… but could apply to everything in life
1. Resilience
The number one thing we embrace here at clean life fitness are challenges… failure… and growth. Sometimes the best way to grow is to make mistakes and fail and learn from it. Whenever life tries to put you down, get back up and keep going. Life works in mysterious ways and if you’re going through a ‘Winter’ in your life.. I got news for you! Summer is around the corner, the good things in life are right around the corner! If you let them be! See things through and be… resilient.
2. Mentality
Ever catch yourself saying… I suck… So stupid of me… maybe worse!? Negative self-talk no matter what the situation is never the answer. Positive affirmations, and having a great mentality is always the best way! A wonderful saying everyone knows and loves…(I’ve at least heard my Grandma say it). “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” If you treat yourself this way, I hope you’re not treating others the same! Respect yourself, your boundaries, where you want to be, and make the life you want by simply following your heart and keeping a great… MENTALITY.
3. Consistency
If you put in the work 50% of the time will you reach your goal? Likely not.. Sometimes you might get lucky… But having that MAMBA MENTALITY.. Jobs not finished. One more. Always looking to go above and beyond! Showing up everyday no matter what is going on in your life! Staying disciplined and on par with your goals. This is what will get you to your goal… CONSISTENCY.
4. Faith
Believing. This can be interpreted in several ways. In God, in Yourself, in your Friends.. Family.. The list goes on and on. But being able to believe and choosing to see things through in every aspect of your life will always benefit you. Have faith in God, have faith that you can do this, have faith that your friends and family will be safe and do great things! Practice this everyday and have… FAITH.
5. Patience
If everything just came served on a platter to us in life whenever we wanted it, wouldn’t that be great? Sorry to break it to you! But it doesn’t. Many get frustrated when things do not go their way. And rightfully so. However, your initial reaction, intention… shouldn’t always be this HAS to be done this way, this time, and FAST. Allowing your mind to stay at ease.. And proceeding with good energy is the way to go! Keep on moving in life but… be PATIENT.
